How We Operate

Quotation.

Firstly we come to your premises to give you a full comprehensive no obligatin quotation tailored to your individual needs.

Once You Agree To Take Max Cleaning.Net On.

Once you agree to take us on, we arrange another visit to your premises thus enabling us to refamliarise with it, also we would supply a signed agreement followed by a Cerficate of Insurance (Public Liability), Coshh, Health & Safety Manual, Detailed Cleaning Profile and Comments books for you and clients to fill in if they are not happy with the work (more on that later).

The First Day of Cleaning.

For us it is general practice to start all contracts with a SPRING CLEAN!

This enables all nooks and crannies to be cleaned to the Highest of Standards, this makes for a clean slate for a general clean to start from!

General Clean.

The cleaners will be trained from one of our fully trained supervisors following a 'Detailed Cleaning Profile', Health & Safety Manual and Colour Coding Manual to prevent from Cross Contamination.

The Client will provided with one or several 'Comments Diaries' to key locations throughout the premises, this is to provide any feedback regarding any cleaning issues, the cleaner checks everytime he or she commences work and then signs it to show the client that he or she understands the issue.

Each cleaner on the beginning and at the end of the shift signs in by telephone this is then fowarded to the Max Cleaning.Net database thus enabling us to check where and when the cleaner started or finished their shift.

Our supervisors involved in that contract would pick up the cleaners log entry instantly by email on their Blackberry phones!

The supervisor will work with the cleaner for no matter how long it takes whether a week (minimum period), fortnight or even a month or more to ensure the cleaner understands and works to the 'Max Cleaning.Net' way.

The supervisor then checks the work carried out and asess by using one of our 'Quality Control Reports' tailored to that particular premises, should the cleaner score poorly on the quality control report he or she would then retrain in that poor area until the supervisor is happy.
