Once you have booked you will receive confirmation by text or email and then earlier on the day of the visit as gentle reminder.

Before We Visit

Before we visit we would ask for you to move any small valuables (for insurance reasons) and try clear the treated rooms as much as possible although we will kindly move any furniture for you at No Extra Charge!

Once We Arrive

We will check all areas needed to be treated and advise what method of cleaning we will carry out, we would also tell whether areas or stains are beyond treatment.

Treatment Process

We will always ask when booking to give the area a good vacuum this enables to lower the cost of the treatment. Should you wish us to vacuum the areas we will do so at a small extra charge.

Our technicians will identify what fabric is due to be cleaned as some such as wool as it has a very low P.H. level and have to be used by the appropriate chemical.

We will pre-spot any difficult stains and pre-spray all high used traffic lanes to ensure removal of stains, dirt, dust mites, sand and pollutants. We then use our machines to spray a high pressure jet of water mixed with solution chosen for your type of fabric to the root of your carpet/fabric. The machine heats up the solution thus helping to break up any dirt and bacteria present, using the machines huge twin vacuum system, the machine vacuums the dirty solution into a separate tank thus ensuring your carpet/fabric to be clean and fresh!

This method is the best method used and is know as 'Soil Extraction' method.

'I've had my carpets cleaned before and they were clean for a couple of weeks but then attracted a lot of dirt! - Why?

Basically your previous carpet cleaner had used too much solution, when our technicians use solution we measure the right amount to the amount of water we use, this prevents any sticky residue left in the carpet fibre, too much residue left in the carpet fibre will attract dirt.

After the Treatment Process

Depending on the carpet pile we will then brush carpet with a pile brush to free up any tangles fibres to allow the carpet to feel free and fluffy if requested we can spray an additional stain guard to protect your carpet from future spills.

Once We Have Finished

Please allow a couple of hours for the carpet/fabric to dry, sometimes it may take longer depending on the pile of the carpet and how much our technicians had to clean it.
